Join us for a FREE FAMILY FUN DAY! This event will be held in bldg. 1 from 9AM -1PM.
10 AM fun run/walk 5k
9AM -1PM exercise demonstrations, cooking demonstrations, kid zone, TCAT allied health glucose and blood pressure checks, giveaways and much more!
Tacos Guadalajara Food Truck will also be set up during the event for the public to purchase lunch and support a small business!
