Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of experience in custodial/housekeeping preferred.
• Must be able to climb ladders, stairs, bend, stoop, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to do repetitive movements and tasks.
• General computer skills are necessary.
• Valid Tennessee Driver’s license.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evening hours (4:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.) as needed.
• Ability to travel to off-campus sites
Responsibilities
include but are not limited to the following:
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining assigned areas.
• Cleans breakrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, classrooms, and other areas on a routine schedule.
• Replenishes building supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, etc. as needed.
• Performs security functions such as unlocking, locking, and checking doors and windows.
• Perform floor maintenance as needed.
• Ensure that facilities meet environmental, health and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned
