About

The mission of the Industrial Mainte­nance Repair Program is to prepare students for employment in the industrial maintenance field. The Industrial Maintenance and Electricity program is designed to help meet the identified need for trained and skilled maintenance electricity technicians. Incorporating classroom instruction and shop learning experience utilizing actual equipment and/or related training devices, the IME program is designed in its entirely for the technology student who is preparing for a career in industry. The IME program is five trimesters (432 hours each) in length with three core trimesters, after completing the core requirements students will select two of the four elective programs of study in which they will spend one trimester (432 hours) per elective.

There is a day and evening class available.

New students enroll every month as space is available.

The full-time Industrial Maintenance day students meet 30 hours per week Monday –Friday 7:45am to 2:15pm 

The full-time Industrial Maintenance evening students meet 1pm to 9pm Monday through Thursday.  To accommodate those who work first shift jobs, students may attend on a part-time modified schedule. Schedules must be approved prior to enrollment with the finanicial aid office. These students must attend 15 hours per week which makes them eligible to apply for financial aid.
